It was nice, clean, and friendly service.

Coffee pot broken, replacement coffee pot broken, no heat in room temperature 48 degrees outside, and had to ask for iron.

Maintenance came the next morning to fix heat-still not working. I think they need to replace all appliances and most of all replace heating system especially in winter. The coffee pot in room did not work. Front desk clerk gave me another one that was broken as well. They should not advertise things that they cannot deliver. When I told them about my complaints I received a matter of fact answer as if okay. I would not like to stay at this hotel again. ...read more

A very good value, location off I20 had lots of high quality restaurants and shopping, very convenient to all areas of Shreveport / Bossier City. Highly recommended.
